Shipping processing time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays.

30-Day Satisfaction Guaranteed Return Policy
If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, just return your item within 30 calendar days after receiving your item and we'll issue a full refund. To start a return, please contact us at winson@sparkcatch.com and we’ll send you a return shipping label.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will not be responsible for any lost packages to the return center. You can always contact us for any return questions at winson@sparkcatch.com.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will refund the total order amount minus the shipping costs and handling charges for the return on your original payment method.
Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
